Translate this opinion into English.

It was a wonderful experience discovering the Giralda, the Cathedral, and the Royal Alcázar. Carlos, our guide, gave it his all and explained everything beautifully. All three sites are impressive and iconic landmarks of Seville, among other places. Opinion translated. Show original.

ESPECTACULAR Translate this opinion into English.

Anita is a wonderful guide. Fun, engaging, and very professional. She was very attentive to the group at all times, making sure we were comfortable and finding places where we could rest while she explained things. Her explanations were very thorough and full of anecdotes. As for the historical site, as expected... SPECTACULAR Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I took a guided tour of Seville on September 10, 2026. The guide was Ismael. It was very enjoyable; it even felt short, even though it lasted 3.30 hours. The guide was great; he tells and describes things in such a way that you don't get bored; on the contrary, he hooks you into the history of that city. Opinion translated. Show original.

¡Una Translate this opinion into English.

We took the tour with Álvaro and it was truly incredible. He explained everything perfectly, in a super clear and entertaining way. He also got us involved and interacting throughout the tour, which made it really fun and enjoyable. I feel like the tour is very comprehensive and that you're accompanied and well-guided at all times. Another highlight is that you don't have to wait in line to get in, which makes the experience even better. I definitely recommend it 100%. Opinion translated. Show original.

Excelente. Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent. AlbaR was very kind and explained everything very well. We were able to see Christopher Columbus's tomb, which was a dream of mine, as well as the cathedral, climb the Giralda tower, and enjoy the views. We also went inside the Royal Alcázar, where she explained many interesting historical facts. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity with Carlos was extremely interesting; his command of history and art is truly admirable. However, I must admit that the three and a half hours straight felt too intense. A short break in the middle would be appreciated, allowing me to recharge and resume the second activity in the afternoon. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was fantastic and so was our guide Albar, who seemed happy to make it a four hour overall visit. Travelling with me were my two teenage granddaughters who learned tremendously from these three visits. I had not gone up La Giralda nor visited the Alcázar on my previous visits to Seville, so this was a great pleasure. The Alcázar is a must visit!

Very entertaining. We spent 3.5 hours on the tour. We started with the Giralda, then the Cathedral, and finally the Royal Alcazar. Our guide, María Ángeles, was fantastic. Gracias Ana..!! Translate this opinion into English.

We loved the tour we took on July 1st, 2026, departing at 11:05 am. Translate this opinion into English.

Despite it being very hot, the guide made an effort for us to have a good view of the Cathedral and the Alcázar. Perhaps offering tours at 3:30 PM during these dates is not the most ideal in Seville; we actually booked it at the last minute because there were no other options left. But we wanted to move the time up that same day for the 1:30 PM tour and it was impossible. Opinion translated. Show original.

The guide's presentation was inadequate; he was wearing a shirt that looked dirty. In one of the rooms, he explained a painting to us. There were other paintings, and when I asked him who the artist was, he said, "I don't know. I only know the one I already explained." I think he should have more knowledge about the chapel he was taking us to. Furthermore, when I and two other people came down from the Giralda, after about five minutes, we couldn't find him; he had left us and never looked for us. Honestly, 25 minutes at the Giralda is very little time to go up, down, and take photos.

We missed out on tickets for the cathedral and Giralda even though we had booked and paid for them over a month ago. I can't understand how they told us during our visit to the Alcázar that they hadn't been able to sell any tickets for that day, when we had booked more than a month in advance. However, our guide Carlos was fantastic; thank goodness for him, otherwise it would have been a complete disaster.

The guide was very good and explained things very well. But it's a bit disappointing that the devices are noisy or inaudible if you're not right next to her. These devices are meant to prevent everyone from having to be glued to the guide, and the fact that they work so poorly detracts from the tour. When we mentioned this to Carmen, she waited until we were all together to explain things.

Virginia was a good and friendly guide. The problem was the company; it was very poorly organized. The tour started late and with a lot of disorganization, as we had to go to another office to meet other people, and it turned out they had booked in French. Nobody resolved the issue, and the tour started even later. Virginia was a good guide, but the organization was bad.

Translate this opinion into English.

Carmen is a very good guide. The only negative aspect of the visit is that they had to delay the schedule because the Cathedral was closed for an unplanned mass, but they are not to blame for these changes. There were a lot of people inside during the tour and in the surroundings due to the delays caused by such changes on a weekend with a holiday, and we couldn't enjoy the visit as we would have liked. He disfrutado escuchando cómo cuenta la historia. Gracias Translate this opinion into English.

It's definitely a visit you shouldn't miss. I loved having Julián as our guide. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to him tell the story. His examples and the way he narrated them captivated me so much that I don't think I'll forget many of the things he said. Julián loves history; many teachers should teach it the way he does. Thank you. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

We did the tour with Carlos and while it is clear that he is a very cultured man with a lot of knowledge, there were several things we didn't like. He addressed other groups on several occasions in a way that made us uncomfortable, in addition to dropping a few "swear words" in the cathedral. The alcázar made us sad because you only have about an hour and you don't even see the gardens; the architecture is impressive, but we were left wanting to see more. Opinion translated. Felicidades LA OPERADORA DEL TOUR DEJO MUCHO QUE DESEAR. PESIMA ORGANIZACION Y SE VE QUE LE QUEDA GRANDE EL VOLUMEN QUE LE MANDAN DE CIVITATIS.

Rafael (Rafa), the guide, is an expert, very engaging and friendly, with extensive knowledge and a great ability to convey history. Congratulations! However, the tour operator left much to be desired. The organization was terrible, and it's clear they're overwhelmed by the volume of information sent by Civitatis.
