Translate this opinion into English.

Our guide, Rosa, explained everything very well. She conveyed her love for art and history. She answered our questions and encouraged us to ask more. There were two young people in the group, and she made sure they were involved and attentive, which was much appreciated. On Saturday, April 4th, there were many people because the Colosseum was closed on Friday the 3rd due to the Stations of the Cross. Although we had to wait in line, Rosa was always attentive to the movement of the queue while telling us and explaining details of the history. Opinion translated. Show original.

Excelente Translate this opinion into English.

A very interesting visit. We were able to see the highlights of the Forum and Palatine Hill archaeological park. Our guide, Maria, an expert in Roman history, explained interesting facts and stories throughout the tour, making it enjoyable and entertaining. She knew the route very well and had planned the stops for water and restrooms very well. Highly recommended for anyone interested in the history of ancient Rome. Excellent. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Luca was an excellent guide, very professional, fun, and knowledgeable about Roman history. Faced with an unforeseen situation due to a worker accident last night, he tried his best to finish the tour of the Colosseum, the main monument we wanted to visit because of its great interest and significance. We were able to enter, although we couldn't finish the tour properly, as we were "asked to leave" because the Colosseum was being closed for an investigation. Even so, Luca was excellent.

For the price, I expected much more. We paid €129 for two people when the ticket stated €18 per person. Similarly, with the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel tour, we weren't accompanied to the Sistine Chapel, and the access to St. Peter's Basilica wasn't properly explained. The entrance fee was €20, and we ended up paying €238 for two people. I think this is excessively expensive for the service provided. I'll think twice about booking with Civitatis again.

Totalmente recomendable Translate this opinion into English.

A fantastic experience despite the rain. Bruno was a wonderful guide—very friendly, engaging, and professional. Even though the weather wasn't great and it was quite a rainy day, he made sure we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and that the rain became a secondary concern. Thank you so much, Bruno, for doing such a great job! Highly recommended. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Patri was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful; everything was explained perfectly, and we loved it. The only thing we didn't like, and it wasn't Patri's fault, but rather Civatita's organization, was that when we arrived, we were running around like crazy because they didn't have any signs, umbrellas, or any way to identify themselves. It caused us a bit of stress, thinking that after paying so much for the tickets, we might not be able to get in. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The setting is wonderful, but our guide, Bruno, made it even better. It's clear he knows his stuff and he's able to convey what is undoubtedly his passion. There was an incident with one of the group members, and he went out of his way to help and resolve the issue, which is another plus. In short, one of the best guides I've ever had—thank you so much! Super recomendable. Translate this opinion into English.

Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill with Macarena as our guide. She was a very engaging and informative guide, telling the stories in a way that made the time fly by. My only complaint is with Civitatis, because they don't provide a contact number in case of an emergency, like the one we had today with a huge storm that left us unable to reach the guide. I think they should improve this aspect. Opinion translated. Show original.
