Translate this opinion into English.

Patricio, our driver, was excellent. Although the excursion was worthwhile, I would have liked it if at each stop they had advised us on the best things to see, especially at the first stop, because we saw what was there, but we didn't know there was more to explore.

We had very little time, especially at the lakes. They left us there for half an hour, and we couldn't even walk around or go to the bathroom because the line of people wouldn't let us. We wanted to walk calmly and see everything more peacefully. The guide didn't even say a word. The speed at which he drove was frightening.

I see that what we booked was transportation, since we listened to an audio guide in the same vehicle and had 50 minutes at each location. We really enjoyed each place we visited, but we were disappointed not to have more time in Cangas de Onís, as it was the only place where we could have eaten and shopped, which was impossible in 50 minutes. The punctuality was excellent, and the driver was very polite and friendly. However, the agency told me that the daily activity would last about 8 or 9 hours, but it only lasted about 6 hours. A very good excursion. Quick access to all the points of interest. Our driver, Patricio, was very attentive and friendly throughout the trip, providing everything we needed to make our excursion productive. It is important to note that Civitatis should provide more detailed information about the departure point, as the location they send does not accurately indicate where the transport was waiting. Translate this opinion into English.

The driver picked us up and it was very pleasant visiting the sites with him, highly recommended. As a suggestion, I would say that the tour should be half an hour longer, because we stopped in Cangas de Onís and there was barely an hour, so there wasn't enough time to eat… and we had to eat at 5 pm in Gijón. But otherwise, everything was great. Opinion translated. Show original.

We were expecting a guide on the trip, not an audio guide. We chose the small group tour because it advertised that it would visit more places, but it makes the same stops as the other buses, so the price difference isn't worth it. The tour was like taking a taxi, nothing special. The place is worth visiting, but I would do it differently.

Translate this opinion into English.

We regret the confusion regarding the activity format. As stated in the description, the experience is conducted with a Spanish-speaking driver in a small group of no more than 7 people, not with a guide. We understand you were expecting a guided tour with explanations and appreciate your feedback, which helps clarify the information. Opinion translated. Show original.

Gracias

Instead of 50 minutes at the Lakes and Covadonga, it should be 1 hour at each site. Thank you.

Translate this opinion into English.

The best way to explore this part of Asturias. It starts at 9:00-9:30 and runs until 4:00 PM. It's a quick tour, but you see everything you need and have time to spare. The journey itself is a bit fast, which can be upsetting for those prone to motion sickness. Opinion translated. Show original.

I'll just say that we started with 7 people and ended up with 3 because the other 4 included 2 small children and the vehicle didn't have ISOFIX car seats, and in Covadonga it was decided that they could no longer legally continue.

Maravilloso. Translate this opinion into English.
